Shipping + Pickup

Processing

Order processing takes place during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. Please allow 2-4days for processing. Orders received after 2PM will be begin being processed the following business day.

 

Local Pickup 

An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. Orders can be picked up Tuesday- Friday, from 10am-6pm

 

Shipping

Orders are generally be processed and shipped within 2-4buiness days. We will contact you if a personalized order will not be ready in that timeframe.

Custom Order Request

These orders take 7-14 business days after order approval depending on the item/s. Estimated time will be given upon order request

Returns + Exchanges

Errors:

We do our very best to provide quality products you will love. We want our customers to be completely happy with their purchase.

If we made an error, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your merchandise and we will be happy to find a solution. We will replace, mend or return for a full refund. 

 

Printables and Engravables:

These are considered custom orders and are non-refundable.

PPE- Masks :

PPE is non-refundable due to safety regulations

Items not printed or engraved:

Refundable within 7 business days. Please contact us prior to returning. 

Please return all items in new condition, unused or damaged within 7 days of approval with a recommended tracking #. 

Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping and handling fees and customer is responsible for re-shipping fees for exchanges.

Cancellations 

If you do decide you want to cancel your order completely, please notify us within 24 Hrs of placing your order and we will refund you in full within the next 3-5 business days.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you.
